Seven years after his collaboration with H&M, WWD reports Karl Lagerfeld will have crowds lining up to cram into Macy’s. The collection will be available in 200 stores nationwide and online in August. The collection promises to have Lagerfeld’s signature styles high-collared pieces and rock’n’roll looks.   It’s Lagerfeld at a Macy’s price point.  The August 2011 of Vogue gives you a peep of the collection; a dress for $109.  Lagerfeld chose to work with Macy’s because, “These partnerships are a working holiday from my normal discipline, and I like to think differently.” [Thread NY, Fashionologie, WWD]
